Comes in original box with springs, screws and paperwork. It has 13' of 4 conductor cable, plenty to reach any bridge position. I used it with a 5 way super switch where position 1 was a humbucker with coils in series and position 2 had the coils in parallel, a bit like single coils and still no noise.
